What is a Special Menu?
In this instance I am referring to a special occasion menu; whether it is New Years Eve, Easter, Mothers Day, Valentines Day etc
It is my endeavor to develop this category into a focal point, a place whereby chefs can share ideas when it comes to planning for that next special occasion.
